Razzle Marelle…… 9 Days to go
I LOVE Razzle Dazzle {can you tell} and I am going to miss that set when the Summer Mini ends, I used it to make my little Stampin’ Buddy Marelle Taylor a Birthday Card last Month. I have been using a bit of Purple lately and I like the colour combo I used on Marelle‘s card of Old Olive, Elegant Eggplant and Almost Amethyst. Can I just say the pressure that I always feel when I make Marelle a card is huge because she is just SO talented I fever she with think what I have made is “crap” mind you so is SO lovely she would never tell me if it was.
I used VersaMark on the Background and Makers to colour the main image, to add a little sparkle I applied Two Way Glue over the “flowers” and sprinkled Dazzling Diamond Glitter. On the Elegant Eggplant cardstock I scored lines to add a little texture and finish the card off my trademark bow.
Materials used:
Stamps: Razzle Dazzle
Ink: VeraMark, Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive and Almost Amethyst
Cardstock: Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White and Almost Amethyst
Other: Old Olive Ribbon, Designer Brad, Pearls from Pretties kit, Two Way Glue and DD Glitter

Of course I would never tell you it is crap, because it NEVER is!! I love my gorgeous card, and it still has pride of place in my lounge room, and is admired by all!

Hey Teneale, you can put your ‘crap’ cards in my card pile anytime. They are so not ‘crap’. You need to have faith in yourself, you do beautiful work. When you look at all the card makers out there, yours stand alone. They always have a highlight factor in them and the rest of the card just compliments them beautifully. Some people loose the highlight bit with too much extra background, but not you. Keep it up.

This is stunning Teneale. I did not buy Razzle Dazzle but now wish I did. Unfortunately I can’t quite justify buying now but hope and wish and fingers crossed it will make it into the next IB&C. Love the colours as they are amongst my fav’s. I wish I had half the talent you do.
