Teneale Williams | Stampin'Up! Artisan Blog Hop | Among the Branches Stamp Set

Welcome to the Artisan blog hop the last one for September! Where has the year gone, not that I am totally complaining I am a big fan of Christmas and can’t wait for December to arrive, I love seeing a the Christmas lights and decorated homes that comes in the last month of the year.

I start making my Christmas cards from July and thanks to the new Holiday catalogue I have lots of new Christmas stamps this year, I dare I brought more then normal this year because they are all so GOOD. This round of the Artisan blog hop, Stampin’ Up! have the team showcasing Among the Branches stamp set. A great set as it has Halloween, Autumn and Christmas, for me being in Australia I was not using the Autumn stamps as we are in Spring in the South Pacific and I am all prepared for Halloween so I went with the Christmas image, creating a simple but bold Christmas card.

    Hi Teneale!

Love this card! Hope you don’t mind me CASE-ing you? Just wondered how you made your real red stamp so crisp? Mine’s very inky and is getting into the pattern 🙁

    Thanks

Sam, Mine was like that so I pressed my ink pad onto scrap paper to make the pad a little dryer. Totally not ideal but worked, I think I also stamped with the piercing mat under my cardstock.
