Stylized Brushstrokes Card Case of Sara Dauglass

Sara Douglass CASE by Teneale Williams | Stampin' Up! Materials used

I have hundreds of reasons that I love Stampin’ Up! I guess that is why I have been a demonstrator for over ten years and do not see myself leaving ever. I love being part of a company with strong and authentic women leading us, I think I love more that it is a mother and daughter sharing the journey together: Shelli Gardner who co-founded SU! stepped down as CEO in 2016 (read HERE) and her daughter Sara Douglass is now our fearless leader. Sara is a true delight and I adore when she takes to Facebook for a live broadcast, is March Sara did a demonstration of emboss resist which is a technique that has been around for a while but she used her brilliant creative mind to inspire a fresh look. See below the session from her page A Sara Thing

Are you as impressed as I was? I have SO much printed paper that needs to be used but I would like to add a little something to it, adding the embossed lines from Brushstrokes background and then sponging ink over the top simply transforms the paper design.

Below is what my paper looked like before. I just think it is such a marvellous idea.

The printed paper I used is sold out and so is the Mint Macaron ink pad; however, use this as inspiration to use papers that you already have in the collection.
