As a self-confessed Christmas CRAZY should be in my element, mid-December with everyone getting in the Christmas spirit, seeing Christmas decorations adorning stores and homes that I frequent but no, I am in total stress zone! I am not enjoying my favourite season as much as I do normally! I pulled out all of my Christmas Cards that I started making in July and add to each month; to realise I have not made enough! My list seems to have grown since last year. This weekend is always allocated as my gift wrapping and Christmas card sending weekend but as I type this Sunday evening half the gifts are wrapped and no cards have been written in, I spent most of the day making more cards. I am not good at last minute and I am not really a spontaneous person, I like NEED plans and everything in order; As I will explain a little lower I can up with a time-saving idea to get a bulk of cards completed.
Being a little stressed I had to also multi-task as I also planned to join some of my team members in our last INKspired blog hop for the year. For those who have not seen the INKspired blog hop before, I design a sketch (see below) and we all use this sketch as inspiration to create our card.
This is a good sketch to save for when inspiration is lacking, I am excited to see how the other INKspired Artists use this sketch. As I said above I needed to make some more Christmas cards, if I am making bulk cards then they need to be simple as you can see.
I had a stack of Project Life by Stampin’ Up! Hello December 2016 cards, you get more than 10 in each pack as they are intended for date cards in a scrapbook album.
If you are interested in more on the this product line I have added a video and they are have been marked down this month.
The next INKspired Artist to visit is Nicole Anderson
