Goodness me, how can this be the last weekend in April! What is happening to 2018, it is flying. That could be good as I am bursting with excitement for the new Stampin’ Up! 2018/2019 Annual Catalogue which releases June 1st this year we have new colours coming and I want them now! I have no patience when it comes to getting new toys craft supplies. To make room for all the delicious new products Stampin’ Up! do need to retire some of the current product, I am trying to focus my attention on using some of the retiring products.
I have used Birthday Delivery stamp set for today’s card for the INKspired blog hop, we have 5 cards that are all based the below sketch and remember at the end of each post to hop over to the next blog.
The chef image and the birthday greeting are separate images, I used a new tool called the Stamparatus that will be released in the Annual Catalogue. I wanted it to look like the chef had just pilled Happy Birthday, it was important the two images lined up perfectly and that was how the Stamparatus helped as it is a stamp positioning tool what sets this tool apart is the two hinged plates. I can’t wait for it to be released in June.
The images are stamped on Shimmer White Cardstock using Basic Black Ink and watercoloured using an Aqua Painter.
Thank you for stopping by.
Now it is time to hop over to Narelle Macey
Love this technique Teneale. Cant wait to get my stamparatus
Beautiful work, lovely card. Can I have it please
But do not write in it, I want it for someone who loves making cakes, for her birthday
You simply ROCK this set, Teneale! Love it! What did you use for the scallop border under your layers on the front of your card?
