Stampin’ Up! Artisan Blog Hop {Worry Wreath}

December 11, 2014

By Teneale Williams | Christmas 2014 | Wondrous Wreath. Post Card and Butterfly Basics

Do you ever make a card and think! I like it but not sure, something is not right! Well people it happened twice in 2 weeks and with the same stamp set, last week for my Stampin’Up! Artisan blog hop I used Wondrous Wreath {HERE} and did not like it as I had something else in mind! So I thought I would have a “re-try” this week for my Artisan, well guess what it still don’t have it right! GRRRR I totally ADORE the Wondrous Wreath stamp set but I am just not pulling the card together, I dare say I am trying too hard. Oh my stampin’ mojo where are YOU!

Here you decide….

By Teneale Williams | Stampin Up! Artisan Blog Hop | Wondrous Wreath. Post Card and Butterfly Basics

I have gone from a clean design last week to a more vintage feel this week, the colours I have used I do LOVE I have Soft Suede, Baked Brown Sugar and Blackberry Bliss with Very Vanilla and Kraft Cardstock!

The little heart hanging idea is from my beautiful friend Louise Sharp, I always think of love with I think of Christmas so the heart stuck with me, I also feel when I send a card I am sending love and seeing this card has a postage theme it was perfect.

By Teneale Williams | Inside | Stampin'Up! Post Card and Butterfly Basics

Above is the inside design, I played around with adding a wreath but it was “too” much so I just went with the postcard and boarder stamping.

If you know your Stampin’ Up! Product very well you may be thinking I am not sure where the postage stamp and boarder stamp come from, well they are a little sneak peak into the up coming Occasions Catalogue that is out Jan 6th…. Its called Butterfly Basics {its pretty amazing}

This post is part of the Artisan blog hop, so if you click on the button below you will head to the AMAZING Vicky and she will WOW you will a simple yet always clever design that leaves me thinking how did she think of THAT!

    Hi Teneale,
    I like your card!
    I sometimes feel the same when I make a card, so I understand what you mean. I like the colours, layout etc, it is an out-of-the-box card.
    I did my preorder but not didn’t order the butterfly basics set, now that I see your card I suppose I have to order next time!
