Males cards are tricky but they harder with you are working with teens and pre-teens, they are also a little hard to shop for at times so I often go the gift card option or iTunes cards. I am not a fan of shopping for gift cards at often given and I am always thinking or hunting of new ideas to give them.
I picked up an few iTunes cards the other day for two gifts I am giving to a 12 year old and a 17 year old “dudes” they will like the iTunes and I did not have to go shopping for the boys which I love! As I HATE shopping unless it is from a Stampin’Up! Catalogue. Anyway I have used the Simply Created Gratitude for Days Kit from the Holiday Catalogue to created these cards.
Simply pull out the card! And below I have used the same idea for the inside of the card with a pocket and a card that pulls out this time a message will be written. I cut out the @birthdayboy’s name {sam} to carry over the layout from the front.
The second idea I came up with was the same kit but I folded the pocket to create a envelope.
Remove the ribbon and lift up the flip to see the gift card, no note in the pocket but I know the 17 year old does not care much about my birthday wishes however I could write a note on the back for the pocket.
I popped the card the pocked then scored a line to create a crisp fold line.

I just found your blog but I don’t see a place where I can subscribe by e-mail. Did I just not see it? How can I see the other pages of your blog? Right now I can only see one page and can’t find a place to go to an older page. Help!
So fun…LOVE the colors!
Another amazing idea from the amazing Teneale. Love that your gift card matches your card too. 🙂
These are great Teneale – nicely manly! Vicky x
I agree with Allison – love that you matched the gift card, great job!
