Oh my goodness, yes I know!!! I know! If you are a regular visitor to my blog and/or a fan of CASE Study this card is late, I drop my head in shame and say I am very sorry! Technology has not been my friend again this week, I can safely say our relationship is classified “its complicated” I LOVE technology, I know it is good to stay in tune with, but sometimes I just don’t understand how it works then once I feel it is all going well…. technology has to go and UPDATE it’s self, I don’t cope well with change! The saddest part of all is not matter how mad technology get’s me I can’t live without it!
I will stop my chit chat about the delay and carry on to say, we have a new CASE Study muse of the month of October and she is Julia Stainton I remember as one of the first stampers when I first started that i used to check her work daily! I am very excited to case her is month. To the left you will see Julia’s creation for use to get all inspired by.
I will be honest and say, this card had me thinking for a little longer then normal, I does have so many elements that can be taken from it, the easy way was to go very girlie, but I think of time and clocks as a male image I kept with the clock and time, I created a square card, were my greeting going around the clock, Julia has it as a section along the bottom of the card, for me I have used that way stamping and embossing my bottom strip.
Inside my card, I am not a huge fan of writing to much in my cards {because I don’t really like my handwriting} so I have not left that much room for writing I can address it at the top, below the Birthday greeting is room for a short message and a sign off from.
Ok ladies, hold on….. some of you MAY get excited by this! I have placed a digital video camera above my desk which I have now called my stamp cam! It has been a learning curve and many hours playing around, I already know I few things I will do differently for the next video. This card took about 3 hours in real time from start to finish but I have cropped it down the 20 minutes.
