Feathers Case Study By Teneale Williams #stampinup

Greetings Stampers!

Hope you are all doing well.

I am doing great, I was in Brisbane last week for Stampin’ Up! Convention

which was the most amazing Convention yet!

I have returned to normal life this week

feeling so inspired and excited for the coming SU! year.

………

………..

It is CASE Study time!

The last challenge of May

which means we farewell Maile Belles  as our Muse

Here is the card for this week:

May 30th 2013 CASE Study 143

…………

While at convention I noticed Feathers are on trend

seeing that I like being “with the times”

I stayed with feathers as the focal point

I liked how in the muse sample the feathers were up, down, up

I kept the greeting over the feathers

…………

If you are a SU! Fan I have used some images

that you don’t recognise?

I have used two sets from the up coming Catalogue?

A perk of attending convention FREE STAMPS!

…………….

……………

Here is the inside!

Time to be honest with you,

I hate this card! HATE!!!

but I made a promise to someone at convention  {you know who you are}

That I will post all my cards, even the ones I hate/dislike/ crooked/ make a mistake on!

Feathers Case Study 2 By Teneale Williams

………………

…………….

I actually used many parts from the

Boutique Boxes Designer Printed Kit

code: 129306. AU$13.95

Stampin' Up! Sydney, Penrith, Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Classes, Teneale Williams

They are die cut cardstock elements, note cards and boxes

I had made another project with this kit

around February, for a CASE Study back then

I never posted it here so I am now.

………..

………

The idea as a message in a bottle

A different kind of way to give a message

that was “sweet” and not a normal old card

………..

I wrote a little message, then rolled it up

slipped it inside my bottle

……….

Case Study, Stampin' Up!, Stamping up. Australia, west Sydney,
Check out the detail in the dollies from the kit!

The tag that goes over the bottle is one of the boxes in the above kit

……..

Stampin' Up! , Teneale Williams

………………….

This my attempt to show you how I made the bottle tag,

I trimmed off the sides and punched a circle in the top,

the circle slips over the neck of the bottle.

Bottle tag using Stampin' Up! Boutique Boxes Designer Printed Kit. By Teneale Williams #stampin'up!

The cardstock I trimmed off was not wasted!

Just incase you were worried!  lol

I have used it for another project using the note cards.

It’s a great card! I especially like the distress-looking stamping in the corners (inside and out). Is that an SU stamp?
I also love the message in a bottle idea!
