CASE Study 69

December 11, 2011

Greetings my blog followers, I hope you are doing well, feeling inspired and enjoying the spirit of this season because I sure am. I just love this time of year and I have made so many different Christmas projects and cards over the past few months which I have not shared on my blog, I am going to do a count down to Christmas day with daily post blog posts.

Today I have my CASE Study design team card for this week.  I am SO excited to have Amy Sheffer as our December Muse,  Amy is a super star stamper, she has talent like no other and would have to be my favouite stamper of all time. I have followed and loved Amy’s work for many years. She adds such detail to her cards, I just love how she uses Nestabilities and layers on her cards.

This week like every week when I saw the muse sample I noted a few elements that jumped out at me and I have cased this elements on my card. You can see I have kept the layout very close to Amy’s card however Amy has a few more layers/fine boards then my card {surprising I know} and I added a nice big bow just to add it a little “Teneale” style. I have layered up the main image like Amy. Believe it or not I was even inspired by Amy’s colours, I have used different colour proportion myself and added a little Early Espresso. It has been a while since I pulled out a embossing folder but I did get out my dots to dots folder casing Amy’s background.
