Celebration Time

I can not believe it is April already, it is crazy how fast the year is going, next weekend I am heading to Stampin’ Up! OnStage Sydney at Luna Park and excited to see the upcoming Stampin’ Up! 2018/2019 Annual Catalogue! That also means a retiring list of items from the current catalogue will be posted next weekend! Have said about being excited yet?

I need to control myself to get through this blog post for INKspired blog hop, a short blog hop this round as a few of the girls are sitting out because of Easter. Like always I have designed a sketch of the team to use as INKspiration.

I have used the Celebration Time Stamp set and Thinlits that can be bought in a bundle to save 10%. My class ladies made this card and liked the card until they realised it was hand stitching on the left, I used my sewing machine to pierce the holes so the hard work was done.

I wanted the cake to have a soft watercolour background, using Shimmer Paper I did a colour wash of Soft Sky before stamping the cake image.
