It’s CASE Study time, we are half way through our anniversary month and to celebrate we have been mixing things up, we do not have a “August Muse” instead we are getting our inispation for different souces each week, this week we are using our fearless leader Chupa as the muse, this girl can stamp and she is amazing at all styles she puts are hand at, every single creation is outstanding and better then the last, she is also the busiest stamper I know, often she posts more then one card a DAY! I post one card a WEEK! It took me a long time deciding which card to case because she has SO many but after lots of looking i found this one…..

I loved the colours Chupa used, the soft/light stamping on the main image, how is ruffed up the edges but it still looks pretty and on the background she has swiped the card stock with white ink. All of these little parts played into my creation, with colours to start with I have used Old Olive, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake and Regal Rose, for the background I first “smooched” my Whisper White craft pad on the card stock creating lighter and darker tones like Chupa did over her card stock then I stamped my flower image over the Whisper White ink. My ribbon position is my take on her pop of green from the text her card.
Here is a little snap shot of inside the card, it is not that exciting but I thought I would show you anyway, I just love the insides of my cards stamped and matching the front of the cards.
This is the same stamp set that I used in yesterdays post, it is a hostess set from the new Idea Book and Catalogue which is on sale from Sept 1st.

Every time I visit your blog Teneale I’m amazed at the texture you achieve in both layers and stamping – you are a wonder. Equally love that you finish the inside of your cards beautifully too – I’d hate to ruin them with my handwriting!!
