Confetti is all the rage not only with papercraft
but in party styling and fashion
colourful circles or shapes descending
make you think of celebration!
is what is the theme of this weeks
creative station blog hop.
I had fun playing around creating this card, totally not my normal layered style. The feature is the confetti background I have created by getting inky, and I LOVE to get inky. The stamp set I used is called Birthday Surprise by Stampin’ Up! and I just love the size of the greeting.
I started at the top and pressed the dauber a few times
before re-inking so I have different tones of
Pool Party and Pistachio Pudding ink
and as you can tell I have layered the circles.
I have kept the inside plain, or maybe I should say
simple with more white space to write a message.
