Materials used:
Stamps: In the Stars and Say it with Scallops
Ink: VersaMark (for the stars), Markers in Regal Rose and So Saffron used on the Congrats
Paper: Pretty in Pink, So Saffron and Whisper White
Punches: Scallop boarder and Circle and Large Circle
Other: Wide Regal Rose Ribbon
