Blast Off with Teneale Williams. Spinner Card Movement

I LOVE a good challenge

…..

It makes me think a little more creatively

……

That is one reason I love being part of a design team

When we get set a challenge it does not always

suit my personal style or using a product I dont “LOVE”

…..

This week my friends, Creative Station has challenged me!

We are highlighting two stamp sets

One of which I do not own {yet}

and the second is Blast Off.

I will admit I owned the stamp set

however it had not meet ink yet!

….

As soon as I saw it in the catalogue I had a project in mind.

A spinner card

but

with a twist!

I wanted my rocket to

Blast

around the moon!

The photos do not do the card justice!

It looks really cool as it spins around.

……

Spinner

Splitcoast Stampers has a basic tutorial HERE

on a straight line spinner card,

I have used that idea but mine follow the curve of my circle track.

……

The card design is not all that amazing

Yes, I agree but it had to be simple so the

spinning rocket did not catch on layers.

I have clear embossed on Basic Black Cardstock

the match wheel to Blast Off for a little added detail.

The Rhinestones remind me of

lights on a rocket and when it is spinning

they shimmer and it looks great.

Inside the card

I have used the moon image from Blast Off

which I punch with a 1″ circle to fit inside

the greeting from “Love You to the Moon”

which is in the current occasions catalogue {Pg 25}

…..

That’s all I have for you forks.

This week I am off to Melbourne

for Stampin’ Up! South Pacific Convention.

I will posting updates on my facebook page.
