I have returned to earth, following the high I was on over the week at On Stage local in Sydney, it was my first time attending the new style of Stampin’ Up! event and WOW! It was outstanding. I had the BEST DAY ever, I have started to Project life the event so I will share once I have my pages completed. Right now, I am sharing a scrapbook page I made of my sweet niece. I have not really “scrapbooked” a 12×12″ page in years! Since I started Project Life, but I have decided to add a few feature pages to my albums. Highlighting some beautiful photos I have taken.
I took the change from Global Design Project this week to case my fabulous friend Krista Frattin, we served on the Stampin’ Up! Artisan Team together in 2014-2015 and she is still on the current Artisan team, that is how talented she is. The card we are casing is below, see the other creations from the Global Design Team HERE
Here is my page; I have used only Whisper White and Very Vanilla Cardstock by using my Blushing Bride ink pad, I was able to add a little colour but like with Krista’s card it is used with restraint. I used the Watercolour Wash Clear-Mount Background Stamp Blushing Bride ink pad and I sprayed it was a little water before stamping onto the Whisper White cardstock. Inspired by Krista I have the image poking out from behind my photo.
The flowers are die cuts, I cut them from Very Vanilla so the stood out in a “re-fined” way. The rose and leaf is from Rose Garden Thinlits. The flowers are from Botanical Builder Framelits and the centre was sponged with Blushing Bride ink pad. Pearls have been added also to the centre of the flowers and sprayed around the flower grouping.
