WARNING- Christmas card ahead and it is only August, but this stamper can not contain her Christmas excitement after ordering almost everything for the upcoming Holiday catalogue from Stampin’ Up!. Demonstrators are able to preorder this month and customers will be able to buy from 1st September.
The card I am sharing today was created for the Global Design Project, this week is a sketch challenge; I am the resident sketch creator at GDP to help challenge mastermind Louise Sharp out. You will see the sketch below, I am kind of excited to see what everyone creates inspired by this sketch; I am loving the little cluster of stitching, ticket greeting and the trademark GDP heart.
I am CRAZY (can you feel my excitement through my shouty capital letters) in LOVE with the “Noel” die that is so easy to overlook but a MUST HAVE, you need to check out the Christmas Stocking Thinlets Dies on page 15 of the Holiday Catalogue when it is live. The holly is from Holly Berry Happiness and if you love a matching punch, you will be happy to hear there is a bundle of the stamp set and punch.
The printed paper is called Presents and Pinecones, I think it will inspire my Christmas colours for 2016 Cherry Cobbler, Mint Macaron, Emerald Envy and Delightful Dijon (note: Delightful Dijon is not shown but in other sheets of the DSP). Finally, LOOK at the CUTE little bells! I have used them like berries on the holly.
I have an open house of the Holiday Catalogue this Saturday 27th August, from 2-4pm if you are local to me in Western Sydney, please email me for more details. Due to limited room, this is a customer-only event.
