It is INKspired blog hop time again if this is the first stop I will catch you up, we have a hand full of stampers from my Stampin’ Up! team and we come together to create a card inspired by a challenge I set. This round we have a landscape sketch which you can see below.
It is a fun sketch and I am loving my card I created. Like normal, I took a little creative license to angle my back to layers and I just realised I added a second circle! This card is so pretty in real life with the light tones of Whisper White, Sahara Sand and white vellum. The stamp set I have used is making its second appearance in the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue, it is called Beautiful Promenade Photopolymer Stamp Set, I have white embossed the images on Sahara Sand cardstock. All the stamping is white embossed, something I rarely do.
I have used the whitewash technique of painting watered-down Stampin’ Up! White Craft ink. I have pulled back the vellum layer to show you the background better.
To create the ribbon notches I held the vellum with the stamped layers together and punched 1/4 of the circle. I then wrapped twine around the two layers.
Next up is the amazing Sharon Arklay
