This is the third post of the week, who am I? Now the goal is to do the same next week. The card today is for the first INKspired blog hop for October and it is a colour challenge, I give the team 5 colours but we can select the colours to wish to use.
I have gone with the last three, Old Olive, Mist Moonlight and Mint Macaron for a simple card using the smallest leaf image from Gorgeous Leaves Stamp Set.
I fussy cut the leaves and it makes the card. I must give credit to mum for that idea. I was just stamping them down and had them overlapping, she suggested fussy cutting just one or two but I did them all.
If you are looking inside and thinking there is not much room for a message, that is just the way I like it! I let my stamps speak for me because I hate my handwriting. I adore the script used in Beauty Of Tomorrow stamp set!
The photography is not great for the inside, but behind the sentiment is a Mint Macaron wood grain image, that comes from Gorgeous Leaves stamp set.
I love wrapping my gifts to match the card. When I see wrapping paper in a ‘Stampin’ Up!’ colour I stockpile like I did when I spotted this Mint Macaron stripped paper.
My go-to used for making stages used to be a retired Stampin’ Up! tag punch from a few years go until they released the Tailor Made Tags Dies. I love the scale of sizes and stitched border.
Next is Julie Martin hop over to see what she created.
