We all have a spot or hiding place in our craft rooms that we stash our half-completed cards or stamped elements. Mine is over flowing, this week I have set myself a challenge to clean it out by throwing what I will never finish and make cards using all the bits and pieces.
Today’s card was given a head start by using a stamped background that was sitting in my little junk draw, which I will remember to take a photo of to share my junk shame and so you can see what I am working with. I am often grateful to have this collection of stamped images as it gives me a head start on cards with I need a quick card, it is just a little fuller than it should be.
The flowers are from Floral Essence Photopolymer Stamp Set, stamped on Whisper White Card Stock. I used the colours for this weeks INKspired blog hop colour challenge.
With the INKspired colour challenge, we are able to use a few of the colours in the line up or use them all. This time around I have dropped off Petal Pink which is surprising as it is maybe my most used colour.
The greeting is from Itty Bitty Birthdays Cling Stamp Set is a goto birthday greeting set, I have White embossed it on Smoky Slate.
I adore the texture that the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder creates. I should note if you own the 3D embossing folders you need to have the 3D Embossing Folder Plate.
Inside the card, I went over the top. Colouring the full surface, just in case you are wondering it will be fine to write over the top on the colouring, embossing and paint splatter.
Next up is Sharon Arklay

Afternoon, I am in love with your card using floral essence stamp set that you posted at the beginning of this month. I don’t own that set but have several other florals that might work well. I especially like the colors and textures you used. Do you have directions anywhere for this card , if not on the bottom of front panel it appears to have an area that is coral color was that a separate piece or just border below the flowers where you stamped and colored with blends. Thanks for any help. Stay safe
