Greetings bloggy friends! I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend, I am having a busy weekend in my craft room preparing for a upcoming training event and I have SO enjoyed it! What better then crafty time.
This post is part of the INKspired Sketch blog hop, we took a break over Christmas so this is our first sketch of the year, we have a few INKspired Artists out this week on holidays however we still have 9 INKspiring stops all using this sketch below which I designed for the team.
I think is the first landscape sketch we have had and I am excited to see what the girls create with 4 boxs! For the first time I did not have to think too hard on what I was going to create, I knew I was going with inchies layered with the Square Postage Punch. I did change up the strip along the bottom of the card by stamping the boarder from Kinda Eclectic, and the greeting from Painted Petals is PERFECT for the card recipient.
The butterflies are all have a word across them, Dream, Love, Create and Inspire which I have taken from the butterfly image is from Butterfly Basics Photopolymer Stamp Set.
The following images demonstrate how I have added the M to Dream and I to Inspire buy stamping the butterfly then re-inking then masking the part of the stamp that you do not require with a little Washi Tape
The you can see here how I have joined the image together to create the “dream” I will say I did have a few ties on scrap paper but on many.
I can’t show you the inside as I have written in it and I am not giving away until next week so to make that up to you, here is the back of the envelope, I think it looks pretty cute.
Next up is Barbara Williams {My Mumma Bear} I have already had a little lookie at her fabulous card, you’re in for a treat.
