I love when INKspired Sketch Sunday rolls around, it is a blog hop made up of talented stampers part of my Stampin’Up! Team, I design a sketch and we all take inspiration from the sketch to create a card. I will admit that every blog hop I also make a joke of who designed this sketch, it’s too hard or I don’t like it 🙂  I guess its good to challenge yourself, we would love to have you join in and create a card using our sketch.
Here is my card I created based on this week sketch, Â a lot of paper was wasted in the creation of this card! I had no idea what I was doing and started a few different ones but they were just not working for me. If you look at the sketch it does have a banner coming of the circle but as I stamped a quote in the circle it looked funny with the banner so I stamped the butterflies and I have them coming off the circle to make up the lack of banner. I am quite the rule breaker this week!
I had double inspiration for my card this week, taking the layout for the INKspired Sketch and colours from the We Stamp for Lara Flyer, myself and 30 other demonstrators are joining together to create a tutorial each for a online fundraiser event for Lara Dunn the daughter of my Stampin’ Sister Madonna Dunn, read more about Lara HERE. The quote even is so fitting for Madonna, I just adore her, she has so much happening with Lara’s health and 3 other children but she always has a positive outlook.
You will not be disappointed with the tutorials and you are helping out a good cause. Please join the fun!
I am giving away a ticket to We Stamp For Lara for this INKspired Blog Hop, simply leave a comment here to go in the draw to win 31 days of tutorials to your email box. If you have registered and win, you will get a refund.
Next up is Barbara Williams on the blog hop

Stunning! Love the little butterflies. Where are they from Teneale? Great colours and the sentiment is heartwarming.
Lissa, the butterflies are from Perpetual Birthday Calendar Stamp Set, is a good set if you look at it for the images and watercolour brush and not so much for make the birthday calendar.

Stunning as always. Those little butterflies make up for having no banner…seems I was a rule breaker too! 😉 The Hello Honey and Black make for a dramatic yet elegant look and the sweet sentiment is perfect for Lara’s cause. Lou xo
