INKspired Sketch Blog Hop 7 {Festival of Joy}

Yesterday if you stopped by my blog you would have seen I was a BAD stamper, I did the unthinkable and left my card for the INKspired blog hop until the morning of THEN slept in, leaving me without a card to share with the rest of my team! I spent more of Sunday trying to finish my card, however I just could not get a card to come together…. I blame the “pressure” I put on myself, anyway I finally finished a card, is it great? NO but I finished and reminded myself not to leave things to the last minute.

The INKspired blog hop is a group of my Stampin’ Up! Downline who come together to create card based on sketch I design, this week I created a sketch that was a little too challenging, well for me anyway.

This is what I created based on the sketch, I am loving the gold the Crisp Cantaloupe and Calypso Coral with Whisper White, its clean and sweet! The trees are stamped in Crisp Cantaloupe and the dots over the top are stamped in Calypso Coral. The papers I have used are from Calypso Coral Celebration Add-On Kit. The photography does not quite show the shine of the gold, which I think does like really nice.

Next up is Barbara Williams or Mum as I call her! Who had a birthday yesterday so stop by and wish her a belated birthday….her daughter MAY have also not finished her birthday card either…..
