I have always been creative, I found Papercraft about 16 years old and joined Stampin’ Up! In 2006 the first year they come to Australia. My demonstrator team is called INKspired, a wonderful group of woman, many have become dear friends of mine and even my wonderful mum has joined the group. We are all INKspired together. When you join you don’t get just me to help and support you, we are a big friendly group! All of us in the group joined Stampin’ Up! at different times and with different motivations but a few things are the same with us all.
- Enjoyment: We enjoy stamping and sharing our creativity when we give a hand stamped card or create a heartfelt gift or scrapbook page.
- Products: We all are addicted to the coordinating colours, madly in love with the ranges of stamps and the only book we read in the Stampin’ Up! Catalogue.
- Financial: We either want to save money by buying the products or we want to make money selling the products.
Stampin’ Up! has all kinds of demonstrators, purchasing for themselves, selling to friends, or selling to just get a little extra cash for a short time and some even view the demonstratorship as a viable business. You can choose how to work as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstratorship to best suit your needs and of course you don’t have to sign up to run workshops or classes. What are the minimum sales requirements?
You only have to sell $400 per quarter. That is less than one average Stampin’ Up! workshop.
What if I only want to do this as a hobby? Do I still have to do workshops?
Absolutely not. Stampin’ Up! supports the hobby demonstrator just like the career demonstrator. You can put in your own order or collect orders from family & friends that equal $400 a quarter.
Can I be my own Hostess?
Yes! You can have your own workshop and be both the Hostess and the Demonstrator. You can also get hostess benefits when placing your own personal orders over $250.
How much does it cost to get started?
The Starter Kit is only $169. It is completely customisable. The choice is yours to put together a kit with any of our high-quality products. Simply choose $235 worth of any products to create a Starter Kit that you’re sure to enjoy! Each kit also contains a business supply pack (valued at $80) for a total kit value of $315!
What if I decide it’s not for me once I’ve started? Are there penalties for dropping out?
You simply stop placing orders. If you don’t meet the minimum requirement, Stampin’ Up! will just “drop” you—no penalties, no questions asked! In fact, you may purchase the Starter Kit and never place a single order. But I guarantee that once you start, you won’t want to stop.
