The world is very different as we end 2020 to what it was like 12 months ago. My Facebook feed reminded me that 2 years old I was in Orlando for OnStage, over the weekend demonstrators around the world celebrated our annual conference online. It was a 3 days event and for the last day I invited a few of my local team members over the watch the content and make cards. I can not tell you how good it was!
I posted the highlights on my Facebook page and one photo got a lot of interest. It was not the cute boxes or water bottle on the table or the fabulous little cheesecakes I made for after lunch. It was the photos of the girls making the cards, I promised I would share the final card and today I am doing it.
I was able to pre-order a bundle from the upcoming Mini Catalogue that was launched to Demonstrators at the event. The stamp set is called Dragonfly Garden and I was so excited to get something new, I ordered before seeing the design of the stamp set BUT gee I am loving it.
I stamped a row of the flowers on Whisper White A4 Card Stock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. I then sponged Seaside Spray ink from the bottom right corner and added a little Misty Moonlight to intensify the blue tones in the corner.
I used Blends to colour the daisy little flowers and leaves with a tiny bit of Chalk Marker in the stamen. The dragonfly is colouring using Calypso Coral Blends and fussy cut, there is a punch but I wanted a finer edge.
The greeting comes from Fancy Phrases Cling Stamp Set and one I have used SO much this year.
