My Last Post!

Sadly this is my last post as a member

of the CASE Study design team,

I leave in fabulous company however

as Maureen Plut also departs the team.

This week also marks the last week of

the amazing Jennifer McGuire 

as the August muse.

Here is this weeks inspiration:

Cute little cards hey?

Well seeing its my last week,

………

I thought I would do

something a little different

and I used the inspiration to create a scrapbook page

of my smallest niece Ebony Rose.

I know it’s because I am her Aunt

but I think that photo is adorable!!! 

Goodness me, I love her.

………

Anyway what inspired me?

Well it was the chevron pattern and the flag end strips across the card,

both this are represented  in the strip of Cherry Cobbler.

also was 

The 3 hearts inspired the 3 flowers in the right corner.

Why, thank you for asking {wink, wink}

I dyed the Crisp Cantaloupe Ruffled ribbon

by dropping it in a mix of about 10 drops of Cherry Cobbler re inker

and a little rubbing rubbing alcohol {Isopropyl}

letting the colour bleed into the ribbon,

removing it from the colour mix and allow it to dry,

then set the colour with a heat tool.

On the top corner of the page I had a little cluster of elements,

I stated with the Washi Tape from This and That Epic Life

I have add double staples {I hear staples are back people}

Speaking of things coming “back” Stampin’ Up! have brought back

Silver Encore Ink, which I have paired with

 Gorgeous Grunge to stamp the ink splatter effect.

The “love” is cut from red glitter paper using the NEW

Thinlets that are coming out Sept 1st in Australia {more then}

……

So I have used ALL stamps pretty much

which I am pretty proud of.

I have not scrapbooked in forever!

But I really enjoyed it, maybe I need to do a

few more pages, I mean I have the photos

waiting to have a story attached to them.
