It’s a little bit exciting!
I was asked to join a new Design Team
Its a fabulous group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators,
Jen Arkfeld @ stampedsilly.blogspot.com
is the mastermind behind….
12 stampers from the States and 2 from Australia.
We have a blog hop on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month
Each time we’ll showcase 2 different Stampin’ Up! Stamp sets
……
One of the stamp sets that we are featuring this round is
Stippled Rose
Also with Mother’s Day being just around the corner
I used that as inspiration in designing my card.
I have used a few days here
but Stippled Rose is by far the star of this card.
I have stamped the base in Pink Pirouette
with the second layer of the Rose is in Strawberry Slush
The Leafs are in Old Olive, I have stamped off the first layer.
…..
Over the background and on the circle I have stamped
the Dictionary in VersaMark on the Pink Pirouette
over the circle I have stamped it in Pink Pirouette.
I am a fan of subtle details
Above you will see I have stamped a boarder
using this diamond image from “Background Builders”
I have made this a Mothers Day card but
it could easily be changed to Sister or Friend
using the “Amazing Family” Stamp Set.
Above is inside my card,
I just adore a pretty inside to a card.
I have added a little of the Strawberry Slush Ruffle Ribbon.
…..
Teneale – OMG! The inside of your card is just as gorgeous as the front! LOVE IT! So happy to be on this blog journey with you and your creativity! =)
Wow – Teneale, your card is absolutely gorgeous! So much detail, yet it all just adds to the card; it’s so subtle I could look at it all day, and find something new & amazing! Thanks so much for sharing; I’ll be learning lots from you in the future on this blog hop team, I can tell! 🙂
