Slim Shady

Slime line cards are all the rage and the theme for this months One Stamp At a Time blog hop “Slim Shady”.

I am loving what I created using the Blessings Of Home stamp set, it is soft and feminine.

I used Stampin’ Blends to colour the image (see the colours below). I added used with the Tasteful Textile 3 D Embossing Folder and a little splatter of Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend and white paint.

I like the greeting for a change, I have so many happy birthday stamps.  I should add that I coloured the Basic White A4 Cardstock with light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend before stamping the greeting in Basic Gray Classic.  I do this a lot as the cardstock as a little too dark and the blend is the prefect tone.

Inside the card, I have been a long time cardmaker that designs inside the card but I have stamped it up lately.

I love the inside so much I have a second image!  The die I have used is from Tasteful Labels Dies.
