The BIG Three Zero

June 6, 2011

Who knew Daffodil Delight was actually a nice colour! Normally I don’t really do “bright” but after making Madonna’s birthday card last week I think I could say I like Daffodil Delight and seeing that it is Madonna’s happy colour I thought I should use it to make a 30th birthday card for a friend and heaven knows turning 30 is not always a “happy time” so maybe the Daffodil Delight will help make my friend a little happier about the big three zero.

I think I should just make sure when I write inside I should avoid writing that it is such a BIG birthday or even dare say “the big three zero” and as I type that I am now second thinking the 30 on the front.

Receiving a card from you would make anyone happy to be turning 30!!! Another gorgeous creation here. I have to admit I was never big on yellow before, but I’ve been using this shade more since Daffodil Delight came out. It’s such a beautiful, sunny colour, not obnoxiously loud like Yo Yo Yellow used to be.

    TFS!
